Dr. Eunice P. Najoan is a psychiatrist with extensive experience in adult mental health, psychiatric assessment, and patient-centered psychiatric care. She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Trisakti, and completed her Psychiatry specialist training at Universitas Airlangga.

She has held senior clinical and leadership roles within the Indonesian Naval Hospital system, including service in the Psychiatry Department at RSAL dr. Ramelan, Surabaya, and RSAL dr. Mintohardjo, Jakarta. She also holds a Master’s degree in Disaster Management.
